Refund policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item may be opened for reasonable inspection but must remain in the same condition as received and in the original packaging, without affecting resale.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Consumable accessories (such as ink cartridges, paper, or cables) if opened or used
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Refund amounts may be reduced to cover missing accessories, packaging, or visible wear and tear

- Next contact your bank, since processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Before requesting an exchange, please provide photos or videos of the defective or damaged product.

Shipping
To return your product, please ship it to the address provided in our email confirmation.
- If the return is due to our mistake, XIIAOZET will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated by the buyer for reasons attributable to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your geographical location.
- For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Warranty & Technical Support
- All hardware products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Limitations of Liability
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications not authorized by XIIAOZET is not covered by our return, refund, or exchange policy.
